Replacement for Meatstick X which had multiple connection issues and the original probe was replace only for the replacement to fail. Customer service was very helpful, offered 50% off replacement. Chose Meatstick V. So far so good.

Very efficient. All on time as promised. It was a house warming gift to a friend who loves it. However she found the phone programming a challenge. And she’s very accomplished on the computers.

I'm sorry I took so long to answer your request regarding my satisfaction with my Meatstick. As I suspected the problem was with the probe. I finally was able to try it out today on a pork loin and it worked perfectly. The information popped up on my phone instantly and I was off and running Thank you for your assistance.

I never have to worry about over or under cooking the meat, it always comes out perfect. My first probe was the original meatstick which worked great and still works, but after purchasing the meatstick chef I now have a new favorite probe it's smaller, thinner and very accurate. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking for that perfect cook.

Thanks so much for the review. Love hearing that you’ve been cooking with us since the original MeatStick and that the Chef has become your new favorite. Glad we can help make every cook stress-free. Appreciate the recommendation. Enjoy the perfect cooks.

I loved how it worked the first time I used it… But it’s not working anymore. I plugged the base in and no lights come on and the signal drops during cooks and is very very difficult to set up for a new cook. I think something is off

Thanks for the feedback. What you’re describing isn’t normal. If the Smart Base isn’t turning on or unresponsive, go ahead and do a power reset. There’s a tiny reset button in the pinhole on the side of the Base. Press it with a SIM-eject tool or something similar. The Base should power on normally after that. If it still doesn’t turn on, or you continue to experience connection drops, please reach out to our support team at https://tms.fyi/help so we can take a closer look and get this resolved for you.

Aldrig om jeg vil købe en MeatStick igen. Den virker kun vært anden gang, og skal opsættes op ny når man skal bruge den…..👎 Virker som om det er et produkt fra “Temu”….

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. If your Stick only works every other time, that definitely shouldn’t be happening, it should appear in the app whenever it’s working properly. However, you do need to set up a new cook each time you use it. That’s normal and part of how the app tracks each session. If the Stick isn’t working, please reach out to our support team at https://tms.fyi/help, so we can take a closer look and get this resolved for you
