Didn’t work and I have NO response from The company! Pathetic!!!

They are rock stars. I ordered the left air pod instead of the right one and they immediately contacted me and changed the order before shipping. That is costumer service. Thank you

I ordered an iPad on dec 1st. It said expedited 1-3 day shipping, so I expected it to be delivered before Christmas. I’ve emailed them 4 times. 3 times to get an eta or to figure out a solution. 1 time asking for a refund.....still no response

RECOMMENDED! Loved their service. Has been a few months working with this company and it honestly exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU!

(Update: TheMacMerchant quickly addressed its oversight, delivering the missing remote in time for Christmas. So I’ve updated the original review below from 1 star to 4.) MISSING SOMETHING IMPORTANT. Quick delivery and a great price. But, darn it, the AppleTV 4K arrived WITHOUT A REMOTE CONTROL. Boo.

Product was perfect! Came with useful instructions. No flaws of any kind. Packaging was very small and felt like product could have easily been broken.

I reached out to the store and their customer service was great. Also, I received the package very quickly.
