Buying used electronics over the internet sight unseen is always a risk. Ordered a Open Box iPad Pro 10.5 (2017 model). Arrived and was in Mint Condition. Checked battery life/efficiency and only 4 full cycles were used. So description was accurate. Item was well priced for Buy It Now Price on eBay. Had several email communications with Mac Merchant during purchase and shipping process and they were rapid and helpful. Recommend.

The buyer is located in Melbourne Australia with our business being located in the United States. With the current Covid crises, shipping times are extended and delivery times impacted beyond our control. We shipped the buyers item the same day they ordered.

The buyer was contacted within 1 business day of which they purchased the wrong generation Airpod. We offer free returns and gladly offered to take back the Airpod for a refund or exchange with the correct generation
