I ordered the wrong Air Pod and needed to exchange for another. Mac Merchant emailed me right back and told me which model I needed and what to do for an exchange. There was an issue on my end with the post office when sending it back and Mac Merchant did everything they could to make things right. Communication was excellent and I really appreciated everything they did. I will most definitely shop with them again in the future. Need more businesses like this.

I was able to track my shipping and when I received my AirPods it was just as described. Paired it up and it worked seamlessly. It was clean and visibly in immaculate condition.
