I purchased a watch a month ago and have not arrived. Send emails calls and nothing. I do not know if this is plain bad customer service or a scam.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out. We’d like to clarify that your order was not completed or processed, as we were unable to authorize the payment due to an error returned by the card issuer. Because the payment did not go through, the order was not finalized or shipped.

No shipment
It has been 2 weeks and have still not received shipment notification. I called customer service - no one answered and the mailbox is full so cannot even leave a voicemail. I also emailed and have not received a response.

Wolf musical box
I ordered a wolf jewelry box from luxury direct and I ended up contacting them 3 times because I was worried it won't arrive before Christmas. Each and every time they answered my calls and email and assured me package will be delivered on time which it did! My item got delivered in perfect condition and the time they estimated it would arrive. No complaints from this company. I would recommend to everyone. Thanks luxury direct!
