Ordered a watch as a wedding gift for my sister in law. Purchased through Amazon. Package was shipped out extremely quickly and arrived with no issues. Watch arrived in brand new condition as expected. Would purchase from again, thank you!

Great customer service. Ordered me in a Tissot watch and picked it up today. Had me fitted and warranty registered in no time. Would buy again without any doubt.

The customer service was great, once the watch was shipped, I received it within 3 days. Unfortunately it did take about a week and a few days to be shipped out, assuming it was back ordered or they were waiting for a confirmation from somewhere.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses, 15 days ago, 10 business days and I contacted the company about 4 days ago to get an update ( Maria ) customer service told me that they had 3 more business days to ship the item, I never got a tracking number I sent another email today asking for the shipping statues since it is now more than 10 business days and instead of contacting me they just cancelled my order, this company is a joke, I do not know how are they in business but I am sure they wont be for much longer acting the way they do.

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. During our final quality inspection prior to shipment, we discovered the item was damaged and did not meet our standards. Rather than delay you further, we cancelled the order and issued a full refund. We regret the frustration this caused and appreciate your understanding. Regards,

I had a time-sensitive order that was still showing “unfulfilled,” which initially concerned me — but to be clear, this was no fault of theirs. As soon as I reached out, Austyn responded immediately and took full ownership of making sure everything was handled properly. The response and resolution were lightning fast. They added notes to my order right away and upgraded the shipment to 2nd Day Air to ensure I receive it by the 18th. Clear communication, urgency, and true follow-through — exactly what great customer service looks like. When timing matters, responsiveness makes all the difference. I genuinely appreciate how quickly and professionally this was handled. Highly recommend.
