The gift I purchased was exactly as it was presented - I was surprised when I realised that delivery was from overseas. It was received quite promptly. Thank you.

Goods were not delivered safely. Stated they had been delivered and signed for but in reality were left in the street outside the address. They even sent me a photo to show me the parcels had been delivered but it showed a parcel in the street outside a closed shop. No refund no replacement. Many dollars and presents wasted. Never again!

Ordered a camera in November for my granddaughter for a Christmas party on the 18th. Have no info whatsoever and have received a vague response from customer service. Will not be ordering again and if this arrives late I’ll be returning it.

Waiting for camera ordered on 11/20/23. Shipping tracking is sketchy with no movement. Millie is supposed to be checking into it but have not heard back. This was a gift needed by 12/23 but not confident it will ever arrive. Very disappointing.

The item I received looks great. The test will be at Christmas when to grand children play with it. However, the offer and my invoice stated buy one and get one free. No free one arrived which was very disappointing. Having more than one would have been great with a large family. Don't offer what you have no intention of supplying.

I was concerned after reading some bad reviews but I'm delighted with the products. The binoculars are great. The kids camera is very user friendly for kids. I need to buy batteries for the walkie talkies so will try those out tomorrow.

I seem to be getting emails from two different people. Not sure if you are Australian! Cannot get a suitable answer to my questions. Paid $62 for something that should have bee $42.
