I ordered a present for Christmas it didn’t arrive, it is now janurary 10th and still have to arrived, I have sent several emails for an update but they are just ignoring them. Would not trust this at all!!

I strongly advise against purchasing the spinning balls from this company. I ordered three units as gifts for my grandchildren, and unfortunately all of them proved to be faulty. Within approximately 20 minutes of light play, the internal circuits failed, and one unit stopped working almost immediately. I contacted the company to lodge a complaint and was offered two options: • Pay international registered postage to return the items to the United States for a refund, or • Keep the faulty products and receive a 30% discount voucher to make another purchase. Neither option was reasonable. The cost and inconvenience of international registered postage outweighed the value of the products, and given the poor quality, I had no intention of purchasing from the company again. I requested a full refund under the basis that I was sold faulty goods, however the company refused to provide one. This experience left me out of pocket and extremely disappointed. Based on the poor product quality and unsatisfactory customer service, I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I ordered a toy as a gift. It came way past when it said it would arrive. I contacted little learners and filled out the return and also took a picture of the package as they requested. I sent it back to Jamaica,New York. I sent-it because I never heard back from anyone and so thought I was supposed to just send it ther. The company refuses to contact me. At this point I am thinking that this isnt really a legitimate company

This is a terrible company with a terrible return policy and customer service. They state that they are from Jamaica, NY. The process of returning a used item I purchased for around $95 dollars is horrible and stressful. They advertise free returns but that does not include shipping. When they told me where to send the return I was shocked. It was to be sent to Puglia, Italy and the shipping costs were $250 to $275 depending on carrier. Obviously I didn’t return it and threw it in garbage. Be careful!!!

Very bad. Stay away. First they provide you with a tracking number that doesn’t work. They advertise courier company DHL/ Fedex / Ups but at the end they send with Evri. Parcel confirmed as lost by courier still playing around with no refund. Very dissapointed. Scam beware !!!

‘Little Learners Toys’ is spot on! We got the Magnetic Gravity-Defying Electric Track Car Toy. Our son loves it and learns from it. Quite interesting in my opinion as well. Got a little nervous item wouldn’t arrive on time for Christmas — reached out to support and the team was effortless in communication & assurance. Highly recommend them!

Purchase item Nov.21/2025 but as of January 5 item not received. Told parcel refused but the tracking link is an Casino App!!!. After multiple emails not provided with contact to shipper to solve this problem. Item em purchased at little learners toys but this site has links that are not clickable.
