BUYER BEWARE — DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I ordered a toy three weeks before Christmas and was explicitly assured it would arrive in time. It did not. By December 27, the item still had not shipped, so I contacted the seller to cancel the order. Only then was I told it had “shipped that day” and that I could simply return it. What they did not disclose upfront is that all returns must be shipped to Italy, at the customer’s expense. When I attempted to return the item, I learned that the cost to ship it back internationally was more than the cost of the toy itself. I explained that I was only returning the item because it was shipped late and missed the promised delivery window. Their response was that there was nothing they could do. This seller makes delivery promises they do not keep and then shifts the financial burden onto the customer through unreasonable and undisclosed international return requirements. Had I known this in advance, I never would have ordered. Save yourself the frustration and expense — shop elsewhere.

Brought the VR headset, the advertising was Works with all Smartphones, got the gift for my Daughter for Xmas. The remote didn’t work after trying everything new battery, emails back and forth, turns out the VR headset only works with Andriod only phones not Apple iPhones asked for a refund little learns want me to make the 1/2 round trip to the post office and pay for postage to return the misrepresented product.

Avoid this company at all costs, some of the most shocking customer service I’ve ever experienced. The toy I bought was for a gift for Christmas when opened it was found to be faulty. Whilst their initial response to try and resolve was prompt (albeit not personal or understanding to the customer at all) upon acknowledging the item was faulty, I was met with silence. I made repeated attempts to contact them and finally left with no alternative than to dispute the transaction with my payment provider. Absolutely shocking.

Item arrived after the promised 5 - 8 shipping days. The return process was a nightmare. I had to track them down. They insisted that I send photos (never been asked this before), and it was all so much work on my end for their shipping delay. They wouldn't even consider waving the return shipping fee since it arrived after Christmas, and we had to find a replacement gift. Shipping to Italy from the USA was half the price of the item. I will never purchase from this company again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is a complete scam! Be aware and look for gifts on other trustworthy websites! I ordered an “intelligent robot” as a Christmas present, and that was a huge mistake. 1. The quality of the toy is extremely poor - very cheap and badly made. It’s not worth even $10. 2. To use the robot, you must download an app from a website that does not look trustworthy. The main language is Chinese, and it requires your phone number to sign in. I didn’t feel comfortable downloading it, so I can’t even say whether the robot actually works. 3. The parcel tracking was very unclear. The tracking link showed no real updates - only “ready to be sent,” and then, ten days after I had already received the package, it suddenly showed “delivered.” 4. Unfortunately, I only read the reviews a few days after placing my order and realized that returning the item is essentially not an option. I couldn’t find a single case of a successful return. Bottom line: I’m now stuck with a completely useless, terribly made robot that I was too embarrassed to give to a child as a gift - and I can’t return it. Total waste of money and time!

If there was a zero star would click it. Please do not buy from this company! They sell fake products which you won’t be able to return as they will send products from China but on returning ask you to send to Italy on an expensive tracking courier! Lost £80 buying a fake Ai teddy bear which came wrapped in a cling film with no features advertised

They sent us the generic version of what we actually ordered. It was a completely different product. The product they sent also was missing vital pieces, so we can't even use the product they sent. I also paid for expedited shipping which should have taken 2-3 business days. It took 14.

A great company, I received my order within the time frame I was given and my grandchildren were very pleased with the toys and enjoyed playing with them. Thank you for providing such wonderful toys to help with children development.
