Please can you respond to my email. I have phoned and emailed but now being ignored by Mille and getting a bounce back on emails like i have been blocked. Was sent a faulty guitar which does not work. My poor nephew had been in bits; Products were sent a a week late and crappy pieces of plastic you would find in the tip and muggibs here paid £84 plus shipping fees for: It’s disgusting and this is fake trading. Have reported to UK trading standards. Little learners please confirm new guitar has been despatched?? I will not stop until my nephew has received he’s Xmas gift. Await your immediate response.

Rating would be a negative 10 Order was for a granddaughter Christmas which has never been received. The tracking is a big lie! Shows delivered on December 23, 2025. Called and left a voicemail with no return phone call. Now we have put in a dispute with our credit card company! Since a dispute has been made we have received a email from Millie???? Glad that we are enjoying the product! Hopefully people will read this as this company is a SCAM!!! BEWARE!

I placed a Christmas order on December 8 for a gift for my grandson. It is now January 2 and it has still not arrived. The tracking info is so complicated, I could not really complete it. When I send a complaint, I get nice messages with promises of help. But nothing happens. So frustrating. If it is not coming from the US, that ought to be made clear. I am requesting a refund.

Do not buy from this company unless you like overspending for poor quality products. I ordered the Bluetooth Beatboxer Wall Trainer for my son. Based on the already rather high price, I picked the 5 target board. It came in the box it is sold in, simply wrapped in plastic with a little buffer in between on parts of it and it was rather beat up. It was about half the size the pictures made it out to be, and it comes with no battery. Any other toy I have purchased the requires a rechargeable battery has come with not only one, but two. If this toy was like $20, I wouldn't have a problem with this, but in total I spent nearly $80 on a piece of junk, and it's frustrating to think others may do the same. Read all the fine lines before you buy or I recommend spending your money elsewhere. Their customer service has been responsive but the only response was "thanks for your feedback."

I ordered an “extra large” train set. This was advertised as being on sale from $215 to roughly $100, with delivery before Christmas. I received a tiny package today, roughly a week or so after the anticipated delivery date. The package notes “81 pieces”, I am not sure if this was intended as “extra large”. However, the track only came with 39 track pieces, which is really small and can create maybe a 12”x12” track. The pieces are somewhat challenging to connect. The gift was intended for a 3 year old but due to difficulty, my 6 year old has been helping put it together. She can connect the pieces with some serious effort. The biggest disappointment of all is the train car. The train cannot even remotely make the turn radius. All and all, this was a HUGE waste of $100. The packaging was sub-par and would be similar to knock-off Amazon brands. I am attempting to reach out to the manufacturer.

This is an American company and when it says ‘Royal Mail Standard shipping (5-7days) it is untrue. It uses 17TRACK and takes 18days as I discovered when my grandson’s Christmas present arrived on 30th December!!

Would definetely not recommend this company. We bought 2 tablets for our boys, they arrived broken with little packaging, just 2 weeks before Christmas. We immediately emailed customer service and for 2 weeks they kept fobbing us off. Told us we would get a refund they were just waiting. We had to purchase something else for our boys, even though we didn’t get the refund. Then they told us to just switch the tablet on they would be fine, even though I had told them they were smashed ! I’ve now been communicating with them for the last week, and they have forced me to pay to return to Italy! Which have done. They again promised a refund and response with hours, and that was days ago! Appalling service. I would 100 percent stay clear there customer service is atrocious, they take no responsibility for anything.

Product was poor quality very expensive and not as advertised. Have contacted the company to request a refund but they have not responded. Please DO NOT BUY from this company
