EDIT: so apparently the creators are upset because i used language that hurt their "feelings". so here is my edited review. I have this saved, and will continue to post it no matter how many times it gets taken down because you cannot screw over this many people and get away with it. and no i dont care about their feelings since they have stolen so much money from so many people, and the are constantly changing their story to make themselves sound better. - They are threatening people to not send their product at all if people leave bad reviews. - Instead of sending updates to their backers, they are skimming every review website they can to get rid of bad reviews. - they are only sending lamps to people who pay extra, after waiting YEARS for what we already paid for. - they used multiple websites like kickstarter and indigogo to get funded, then decided they did not want to fulfill the orders. - the few people who have gotten the app say it is unusable and buggy as hell, just like the rest of this dumpster fire. - instead of answering backers openly, and honestly, they only answer quick one line answers in facebook messenger, which some people do not use. since they hate the "S" word so much, i will write this instead to describe them to people for everyone to see: Schemers out to get your money Cant tell the truth Apathetic towards their supporters Manipulative ! Absolute "dumpster fire". I have been waiting since summer of 2016 for this lamp. we have been lied to again and again and again about everything from, and not limited to: -quality assurance -shipping estimates on time -how many units have been made at a time -update schedules -and most importantly they keep lying that they care These people should be run out of every town they have ever called home, because they are scum. they have stolen lots of money from many people, and have no remorse. They do not apologize for their actions, they only beg for more money. AND WORST OF ALL they are now threatening to not send their already delayed product to people who leave negative reviews. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SUPPORT THESE OXYGEN WASTERS!!!!!

Backer 1847 and I have received all 5 of the Lampsters for which I pledged. I live in the US and 4 of the 5 were quick shipped. These include Green Army, Plain Green, Green Artsy, Blue Artsy & Black Tuxedo. All were received as expected and the units are quite nice. Yes there were delays during communication and yes I decided to pay for quick shipping in an effort to support the project and to receive units originally planned as gifts. Overall I am 4 stars pleased with the product received. I'm sure some of the new naysayers will claim I'm a fake reviewer but that's their uneducated opinion as I've posted on this Kickstarter project since the beginning. Increased communication by the creators and less hostile verbiage from the backers would calm the waters for all. I'm sure I'll be ripped by the naysayers for that comment..but c'est la vie to those folks. To all others I am hopeful you receive your pledges soon.

It's been nearly 3 years now, VERY limited updates. Excuse after excuse. Please don't give these guys any additional funds until kickstarter backers get what they paid for.

I am an original Kickstarter and after receiving a very long time coming shipping notification and tracking number nothing has happened for months. I have totally given up on seeing this, a great shame as my young son sat on my lap and we configured this together with great excitement and anticipation.

This was a Kickstarter from 2015. The majority of backers still haven't received their lamps yet. The creators occasionally give updates, but never seem to meet any expectations they set. I've been told on FB that my lamp would get to me by a certain date, only to be nearly 12 months past that date (which, in and of itself, was 2+ years late). this feels like one of those Kickstarter horror stories that chase people off. The sad thing is they're still taking *NEW* orders on their own web site, even though they have yet to manage to fill orders they took 3+ years ago. Maybe some day before 2025 people will get their lamps. But I would never back anything by any of these creators (Radu & Andrew) again. Nobody else should either.

Truly one of the worst companies. Constant unending lies, mistruths, failed promises, and laziness on top of consistent rudeness and glibness to their paying customers. They are a company made for the fake news era, lying to your face obviously and expecting you to believe what is clearly untrue. My order number, for what it is worth, is 22039. Having been in email contact and directly several times asking for information about the order I have received nothing of use, and endless obfuscation. The treatment is unacceptable, and the consistent lies are unbelievably rude. The company seems to lack control, decency, or the ability to assess their workload. They continually make promises they can't fulfill, then seem surprised that there is upset when they do not live up to the standards they themselves set. Setbacks are somewhat expected, but you have been unrealistic throughout. Having attempted to ask about my product I have been told it is on it's way. When asking for details beyond this vaugeness, I receive nothing. Your contact and customer engagement is unreasonable and unfathomably poor. Enough of gaslighting your customer base.

During the campaign I warned the creators they were going to need to be up front with backers about delivery times as they'd blown their goal out of the water. This almost always creates delivery date problems for products that need to be physically manufactured. It's just basic common sense. They chose not to heed that warning. Still not sure if that was out of ignorance or if this project is all just a big scam. They ran a second fund-raiser (on Indigogo) after the first (on Kickstarter) and some of those people appear to be getting product before the original backers. It's also been shown they are taking orders online (after both fundraisers) and are filling those before backers. It seems more money trumps filling backers orders... IF we are to believe any of those saying they received them aren't just fake reviews. So again, dishonest or scammers? They won't give real answers, always being vague at best. Their claimed production number never seems to match up the the numbers in responses related to how many they've shipped. They can't answer the question of what colors will ship to what location next. Not just WHEN but simply who's next one the list (meaning they basically have no production plan what-so-ever). Lastly, you can supposedly choose to pay MORE to get yours before others now too. There was a list they posted of units available *IF* you want to pay more for 'expedited' shipping (what they mean by expedited, when they are 3 years overdue, who knows). But those units appeared to sit and not ship if no one pays the ransom money... er, I mean, extra shipping on top of the shipping you already paid. Personally, at this point, I'm more inclined to believe this was a scam and I wouldn't advise ordering one from ANY of the seemly multiple sources. I'll be shocked if I ever see mine. No matter what their reasoning for their behavior at this point none of those reasons are possibly good ones. EDIT: To whoever replied, backer 2577. I assume you have my contact info based on that if you really plan on doing anything.

Just received my lamp. Just what I expected, it is great. Just had to wait a long time. I stayed in amicable communication with the developers and they did respond to all of my inquiries. I was just lucky that my color was ready for shipment with expedited shipping. It is a great product, but their production time was not the best. Hopefully they will get their productions to be more efficient to fulfill all orders in due time
