Hi all, so I just received my lampster. I will say that while I am still extremely disappointed in the time it took and one other factor I will get to shortly. The end product is great. The light is amazing, and I love the ability to sync it to music and have Lampster really provide a great vibe. I'd like to knock my rating down based on the length of time to receive the product, but honestly it seems like they just wanted to make sure they delivered what they envisioned. I have been fleeced on KS a handful of times. Either getting a JOKE of a product on the back end, or just outright robbed with nothing being delivered. A lot of my anger on the KS comments and what not came from other experiences and thinking this was the same. I am very glad to report that IS NOT the case here. I am thrilled with my lampster. My one really big disappointment is receiving an EU plug with a US adapter. As they explained to me, that was a logistical oversight they had. But that's somewhat more of the type of "hiccup" I would expect with something like this. It works perfectly with the adapter, so not much to gripe about except that I believe they dropped the ball logistically on offering different plug types up front. They confirmed moving forward they will only offer one option. The lack of communication on KS was rectified in my eyes by their prompt response to Facebook messages, which they advise blatantly on KS is the best contact method. To all who are full of anger, I GET IT!! Trust me, as I have been there. I am here to caution you to give them a chance, delivery will come and you SHOULD be very happy when you get it. Side note - my glass was cracked. They are shipping me a replacement. There is a cover on the lampster so it works without it but I am awaiting replacement. Thanks for reading

I'm really happy with my Lampster. It looks great and works flawless and is really a piece of art. Delivery time could be improved sure but besides that there is nothing to complain about or to say bad. Customer service was always on time and all questions were answered in timely manner. I can only recommend to get one of your own.

Just received the Green Army one. I like it very much. The mobile app is nice too.

I am backer 834. I have been attempting for months to get updates, and all I want is the item promised. I even was willing to pay more for the expedited shipping given they could assure me it a timeline. They never replied. Emails, FB posts, PMs, requests on Facebook and still no answer that results in the shipment of my product. Kickstarter lost me as a backer because of companies like this. I should update that I finally paid for expedited shipping on July 9. I started that process on 24 June. Now I have paid even more money and as of August 10 there still is no product!

Received my Lampster (army green, the netherlands) today, i have to say that i payed the extra 25 euro’s for shipping. Couldn’t wait any longer 😆. But it was worth waiting, great lamp and the app works great.

English is my third language, so excuse me for my mistakes ... My Lampster is standing here, right next to me on my desk. It's a thing of beauty! (I have a black army one). THE ASSEMBLY The Lampster is bigger than I thought It would be. The body is very sturdy. The assembly proces is very easy, but be carefull not to forget the little plastic white ring that you have to put on the ball-head underneath the lamp-head. If you forget it, the lamp will not hold steady in the position you have put it. This instruction should have been included in the box. I just happened to watch the instruction video, but not everyone will do this. THE LOOKS It looks big, but very beautifull! They clearly put a lot of thought and detail into the design proces of the lamp. The paint job is amazing. The electric cable is finished with some woven fabric, which fits the lamp just right. The brass touch button on top of the lamp-head is nice. One minor and personal complaint: I don't use the leather accessories because the add a toy-ish feeling to a cool lamp. THE LIGHT The Lampster gives light :-) and a lot of it! You can set the light to very soft or very bright. You can select the colors through a color-wheel in the app. I use the white most of the time. You can set the whitebalance of the white to get a more yellow-ish white. I have placed the Lampster to the side of my desk, because I don't like it when the LED's are shining directly in my eyes. THE APP I'm using the ios-app and it works smooth. It had no problems finding the Lampster and controlling it. You can choose color (which gives you acces to the color-wheel) or white (which shows a blue and yellow slider to adjust the 'temperature' of the white light). Nice thing is that you can lock the ratio of the two white sliders. A few meters show the current power consmption and the current temperature. If the lamp would ever get hotter than 60 degrees Celsius, the Lampster will shut down to let it cool. There are some functions I have not used (yet): setting a wake up time, setting a turn off time, sync it to the music. DELIVERY This is why the Lampster only gets 4 stars instead of 5. The kickstarter delivery is still in progress (way after the promised date) and there is very little communication. I have backed a lot of kickstarter projects and a lot of them have delivered late, but most of them have had good communication. I love my new lamp, I just wish it would have gotten here sooner!

If I could give a minus rating I would. I've been backing ($200+ )this project since 2016 on Indiegogo but still not a product in sight. Besides irregular updates, no real information is sent out, not on Indiegogo not on FB. From information I've picked up here and there, it looks like this company does not work out of San Francisco but from Bucharest. It also seems it is not the unique product they claim - have a look at this video on youtube and look for "Bryte Bots Are HERE!" The trouble is that that Indiegogo takes no (legal) action against this company, nor do they help the backers with a refund. My only advice is to stay away from them as far as possible. I would also like to hope that companies who currently resell to stop doing business with this (I cant say what I want from Trustpilot so iI will make more political correct) really, really bad company. edit: i've contact the company and they have promised (again) to send me the product. This is more than 3 weeks ago. No follow up, no response at all. As i sad before avoid this company. edit 2: The lampster requested my order ID since im placed a bad review. funny. Im in contact with them on every other channel facebook, indiegogo email etc. And now they want to play? Edit 3: I've paid for shipping already and now they want and breathtaking 80 euro's extra for shipping
