Participated in original Kickstarter several years ago ordered 4 lamps which never arrived, and no real way to contact company, and the want more $’s to expedite a delivery of a product that too many backers have not seen. Interesting - This got me a response saying I should’ve emailed them with a link to a contact page, (I’d share the link but trustpilot doesn’t let me) and they supposedly have one of my 4 ready to ship, but don’t have pink so I need to choose another color. I contacted them, will see if anything else happens. So good they responded, but we’ll see if anything actually happens.

Have unbox the lampster and i have to admit that is really nice. Wasnt so excited after the long wait, but now when i have it on the table its really cool. Quallity of the head is incredibile. Body can be improved. The overall package is 5 stars :)

I'm not picky but this company has the worst customer service ever. They don't reply to emails, they don't give any information about my lamp which is payed full price but wasn't shipped after 3 years of wait.

Pro: The unique design and the wide range of functions. Cons: The app is overloaded with designs, but a bit slow. The material of the body also looks very cheap. Overall, the lamp is of course an absolute eye-catcher, is used by me too little.

Original backer on Kickstarter in 2014 or 2015 I think. I won't bother typing much, just read all the other 1 star reviews. Communication is woeful. 9 updates in the last 2 years. They've actually given up because they realise how bad they are. What other Kickstarter has >10,000 comments from unhappy backers?

Great Product, nice design, intelligent robot. The product is really nice. Has just to be patient for delivery, as a quick starter they had a lot of issue solving logistics and after sales but that's also why you do Quick starter, to help young companies!

Item NOT RECEIVED 5 years later !! Collected 1.3 million dollars on Kickstarter 5 years ago.... but now available on “ Touch of Modern “ for sale.

Edit from 07/04/2020 : I finally received my Lampster last week on 01/04, so 2 weeks after fast shipping subscription (covid-19 issues included...). Everything is fine : nothing broken, the Lampster works well. Sometimes there is a little bug with the app BT connection but nothing serious. 4 stars for the quality of the product and last efforts from support team. Would have been 5 without 4 years awaiting and the lack of public communication from the team. My last advice : if you want to move forward, think to get the fast shipping option. 30€ is cheap to calm your mind... --- Edit from 18/03/2020 : Support team came back to me with apologies about missing my last email treatment and explanations about shipping costs increase, leading to delivery issues and delays. They suggested to subscribe to extra "fast shipping option" (to be clear, shipping is no more free but I pay for what is due for it : I checked fare on UPS website) and I accepted in order to help them to deal with shipping costs increase and move forward. Now waiting for my Lampster to come more quickly. Next update to come once it arrives... --- Original post following : My order was placed on 25/02/2016 (yes, 2016) on the Lampster official website as a regular customer, not as a crowdfunder on Kickstarter or Indiegogo (which may include risks according to crowdfunding definition). 4 years after, I do not have received anything and have no responses to my last messages. My email address is no more recognized on their website, so it seems my account has been deleted... My advice : run away !
