The Lamspter had the glass craked and i have contacted them . The answer was pretty fast and they shipped me 2 new extra glasses. Tjx for the service. To bad it took so long to get it.

The lamp itself is well made (except for the neck, see below) and looks great - however whenever it loses and then regains power it turns on at full strength. This is a terrible "feature" - especially when it happens over night or when I'm out of town. A lamp that I need to keep unplugged because it likes to turn itself on at full strength isn't a very useful lamp. The head sits too lose in the neck socket as well, it's not possible to point it any direction any any tension on the cord will cause it to move. This is also not great. So, if you want a lamp - look elsewhere. If you want a decorative piece to sit unplugged somewhere - this is overpriced, but a fantastic piece.

Have received the lampster after paying for fast shipping. I took 22 days. Pretty happy with the item. Quality is nice just that i waited for so long :((((

After many years, finally awaiting the shipping of the Lamp. I contacted Lampster via Facebook and they were quick to respond and help me with Individualized shipping to the US. I appreciate their fast response and look forward to receiving the Lamp and will post more details then

Kickstarter backer here. I've been waiting over 4 years and still haven't received my Lampster. Business keeps promising that the Lampster will be shipped but it never comes. I wasted almost $200 for absolutely nothing.

Very disappointed!! I was super excited to back this Lamp for my 5 year old son on kickstarter. We excited watched as over 2 million dollars of backer money went into supporting the creation of the Lampster. My son is now 10 years old and the lampster has still not been delivered. The creators demand more money to ship it and are only sending the lamps out to new customers and those who pay the extra shipping fee. Shame on you!

Like many others, I have been waiting over four years for a product that I'm sure will never arrive. They are also refusing a refund, which would save them the "unfathomable" shipping costs they are trying to extort from people to actually send what was promised. Never buy, let them burn.

My mum bought me a red lamp for my birthday two years ago but it only arrived yesterday. A nice surprise after the long wait. It works very well and I like it next to my bed. I can control it with a touch button too. I love it!
