Have been waiting for 4.5 years. To be honest, I don't believe in ever getting my 4 lamps for over $ 640. Just write here to keep others from losing their money.

I was backer #1,412. Deliver promised initially in June 2016. I emailed them in late 2017 asking for a refund and was told no, it would be shipping soon. Their updates say thousands have gone out but that doesn’t make sense against the number of people complaining. They have not sent out another backer update since September of 2019. Others are saying that they will ship if you pay additional money, but that was no the pledge or the deal made. You can buy these online in their store, but you can’t get it from the initial pledge. That is fraudulent business. I would like my full refund or lamp now, no extra money to ship

I would like to bring your attend to the positive feedbacks below. Majority are posted on the same day, and location Romania. From what I understand and have read reviews on that this project is based in Romania. What are the odds of that? Backed this project 5 years ago on kickstarter with no item in sight. Contacted them multiple times with no outcome in sight. They claim they cant ship due to cost of shipping to my country ask for money but wont provide a 100% confirmation on when it's going to be shipped, yet they are selling their item with resellers : blaugold.ch/ wohnen-design/the-lampster/ which proves that they have means to ship items when they want to. They claim to have shipped over 6000 items (probably not to backers but resellers), yet if you check their instagram account on how limited the amount of tags are clear. Would I recommend this product? Definitely NO. To be clear, I do believe in karma will come back to bite these guys. Please do your self a favor and do not buy this product, go to your local office supplier and purchase a desk lamp that actually can provide you with a light and not take your money by giving you nothing in return.

I have heard from Lampster last year or so, saying they were working on it. I have not had any more response since then after several emails and support tickets. I would gladly pay the $40 additional to ship, but I not even been given that opportunity. So lampster, if your listening, please help me move forward with my order. Thanks David

Backed this project 5yrs ago & it's sad to say I have not gotten a single confirmation email or update on my lamp. What's even more sad is, even the earliest backers #300-600,some have not received their product to the day.. May 7th, 2020. I'm backer #5,748, so I understand I was late in the game. Man, not as late as these geniuses though smh

As one of the backers of this project I am sad that it took so long for the lapmster to arrive, but this gets compensated by built quality. Also I saw that currently the lamp is 315 eur, so the extra shipping must be true

I wanted to launch a project on kickstarter and currently I am doing research, reading about different projects and this is how I reached the lampster. I decided to order a unit through their website just to see how the final product looks like and have to admit that is top notch.

liars. i paid them in 2017 ) they dont answer emails or any other way of communication. and after 3 years (!) of not answering I reached out and they demand more money for shipment....
