The Job SauceReviews of thejobsauce.com

The Job Sauce is great. Job Sauce helped me get out of the doldrums and into a much better job that is a great fit and a great opportunity. All of the program resources are really helpful, including the resume advice and teaching me how to really leverage my network. The morning routine was surprisingly helpful and got me out of a funk and in the right mindset. Coach Karen had the right advice and encouragement at every step.

I literally wanted to cry when I saw my results. My resume was AMAZING and so professional. I could have never developed anything close to what Lindsay did for me. I will continue to use this company and will be referring my friends. The process was easy and time saving for me. Turn around time was three business days. I'm grateful!!!!!

I’m a sales professional in the Boston area. I recently consulted with The Job Sauce to find a new opportunity and must say I’m very happy I did. For starters, I realized after speaking with them that in order to get the money I wanted, I would need to leave my company. I ended up turning down a lateral move. I landed a new job through my network in my industry like their program suggests. My coach helped me gain a 25% overall compensation raise through the salary negotiation training. I would highly recommend The Job Sauce as they will help you to maximize your potential to the fullest.

I had the opportunity to experience a career development presentation and personal consultation with Scott Swedberg and The Job Sauce. The Job Sauce masterfully helped me understand the process of how to land my dream job. We reviewed data that explained WHY connections are so valuable, identified tangible steps HOW to make these connections, and established WHAT results will look like. I would recommend The Job Sauce to anyone that wants to develop themselves professionally.

I found the team to be extremely helpful in guiding me through the steps of the hiring process, from resume and social media presence to interviewing techniques. Would highly recommend to job seekers.

Scott's job search advice is down to earth, decisive and actionable. He does not give advice that is theoretical or unusable. What he says is relevant and immediately applicable. He is easy to understand and teaches techniques for job hunting that cut through the clutter and busy work.

I routinely bring in professional development facilitators to help prepare a dozen of our organization's regional managers to land their ideal next careers. This past winter was our first time using The Job Sauce after being connected with Scott Swedberg. The scope of our group’s needs included: Defining what a dream job looked like, understanding how to utilize a professional network, the advanced uses of LinkedIn, how to effectively articulate your current job when interviewing for the next job, and finally, outlining practical next steps towards achieving a dream job. The feedback from the session has been overwhelmingly positive. Four months out from the session, half the team has secured their next role and the remainder is continuing to leverage what they learned as they approach upcoming interviews. We look forward to hosting The Job Sauce again next year.

They suck! The person I got the bid from was not the person that handled my case. They said they had completed many in my field and would not be a problem, wrong. I gave them a copy of what I had just so they could condinse and polish, they got facts wrong and asked question that are simple to just google the answers. Then the finished product had formatting errors when attached to applications.
