Rachel was awesome. She did a great job on my resume rewrite.

I liked the Resume writing service with Beth. She was to the point and precise and asked the right questions and got things done with a very clear approach and managed my expectations well. I didn't find any of the other things to be very useful and there were a few scheduling snafus which could have been handled better.

My initial interactions have been extremely positive. I have found each contact to be thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Looking forward to walking the path with the rest of the team.

The resume that came back to me from this orgniazation had several problems. 1. Misspelled my last name on the final product (!) 2. Had multiple fonts 3. Do the type of formatting done, it made any customizations (for each job opportunity) incredibly frustrating to edit.

Lindsay Hirsch did a great job on my resume. She was very responsive and had great turn-around time. My resume flowed better, was more concise and easier to read overall. I would recommend Lindsay to others for her resume writing skills.

The resume I got was beautiful, but not functional with sites like Ziprecruiter or Indeed. The initial phone call from my resume writer was rushed. She talked so fast, I could barely understand her. She suggested changes to my LinkedIn page, but I didn't understand what she meant. When I asked for clarification, she spat back to me exactly what she said originally. At that point, I dropped it. Included in the package was a coaching call, which ended up just being a sales pitch for a career coaching. I was not interested. I went with one of the less expensive companies (if $347 is less expensive) and I regret it. I should have gone with someone local or had more understanding of my industry. I'm sure The Job Sauce would be a great choice for someone in a mainstream industry, but not for anything slightly obscure.

I found Scott and the Job Sauce through a webcast that I was solicited for from the Emory University alumni center (my alma mater). I never watch webcasts, but I just lost my job and it intrigued me. I was immediately impressed with Scott and his approach. Following up with a free consultation - I had nothing to lose! I was so impressed with the consultant, the intake, everyone! As I was looking to make a career transition, Scott and his team have great experience, knowledge, and insight in this area. It was a lot of work - don't get me wrong! Resume rebuilding, LinkedIn profile, developing "my story", tons of behavioral interview stories, tons of networking meetings, etc. - but Scott was with me every step of the way, from helping with initial outreach, to thank you's, to follow-ups and finally, after my offer, to negotiation. He always listened to every single question I had and always had innovative suggestions. Overall best decision ever and I would definitely seek his coaching in the future if need be. Thanks Scott and team!!

The Job Sauce truly changed my life. It taught me a whole new perspective regarding applying for jobs and my professional career. I can honestly say without their guidance, I would not have received the amazing job offer that I did.
