Desperately trying to reach an owner representative.... I have attempted a few times this morning to contact you via your website, but your website has many glitches and the request could not be completed. I hardly ever address issues or concerns via social media sites or public review sites, but this may be the only way to reach an owner representative. I recently paid a professional fee for career coaching and resume writing services and have not had any positive experiences once payment was made. To spare readers of what may seem like a bias perspective, it is important that I speak to a decision maker today in regards to my experience.

I researched several different Resume Writing services and they all had varying prices and levels of services they provided. The most expensive was $1,200.00, but that was way outside my budget. The lowest was $99 but that just made me nervous because I was worried that maybe they were not using technology to make sure my resume was written so when scanned key words were picked up. Well, I settled on The Job Sauce and what a great decision that turned out to be. My resume writer, Lindsay Hirsch, was fantastic. She called and talked to me to get some history and to understand what I was shooting for. Then, she went through my old resume and sent me a bunch of questions, using google docs. They were very clear and direct questions. Once that was finished, she went to work on my resume. She had 3 clarification questions and that was it. Lindsay had my resume done and sent to me with in a week!!! Not only did I love the resume she had done, I immediately swapped it out on my Job Sites and Linkedin. Oh, that was another perk, she went through my LinkedIn and gave me several pointers to help spiff it up and make it look better to get more attention. Now I have an extremely well written resume, that when I apply online will have the right words when scanned through resume software and up my odds of being noticed and it looks great too. I'm at a point in my life where I really needed the opportunity to change. But considering changing industries altogether meant that I was a little worried about how to even go about attacking this. I (luckily!) happened on the Job Sauce through Linked In and got initially connected with Lindsay Hirsch to do a resume re-write. She did a fantastic job, condensed everything to one page, and presented in a contemporary look and feel that was so much better than what I had. Thank you Lindsay! My initial coaching call was with Smith Gardner, who genuinely listened to my issues at a difficult time in my life. I then moved onto my Clarity Coach with Gay-Lynn Carpenter who has been a phenomenal help in giving me the confidence and understanding to attack the job market again. I'm now working with my Career Coach Debbie Goldbarth who has taken all that information and is working with me to dive in to new industries and take concrete action steps. Without the help of these folks, I know I'd still be stumbling around in the dark, or have probably paid way too much to some other company, or losing money by just doing nothing. They have a process in place and I'm confident it works! So glad I found these people and can't recommend them enough!

Thank you, Lindsay Hirsch. I love my new resume. It reads well, looks terrific, and is better than any resume I've ever written for myself. To use an analogy, my old resume looked like a casual Friday outfit, and my new resume looks like a tuxedo. I especially liked that you put my title right underneath my name, so I'm not just "Damion Wiltshire", I'm "Damion Wiltshire, Program manager". Love it.

I had some issues with the company, but the speed with which they immediately began addressing my concerns have redeemed them in my eyes. My issues did not have to do with the quality of my resume. The resume was excellent, even in the drafting stage.

After multiple rounds of revisions, email communications; we decided to cancel the service as it didn't work for me.

Smith and his team were very professional, expressed generosity, and were very thorough! I had a pleasure speaking and working with each individual I came across with at the Job Sauce! I highly recommend these individuals for your future career endeavors if you are struggling to find your "inner light" within your career path.
