It is rare during Covid19 to feel good about many things these days, but my experience with The Jacket Maker must be mentioned. The jacket arrived in excellent condition, online process was seamless and the support desk answered my questions. I could tell that the entire staff wanted to provide me the best in product and service. It would be easy these days to cut corners both in quality and service but not the case in my experience. The jacket design and material was not only purposeful but of a level you would find only in the higher end boutiques, Gorsuch Clothing comes to mind but at a fraction of the cost. Clearly the leadership in this company has set some very high marks and standards to compete in this online space. Ordered the Inferno Brown Leather Jacket as a gift expecting a nice jacket for a reasonable price. Our expectations were far more than exceeded. The Jacket arrived in just 15 days from order. The Jacket is as soft as fine glove leather, the stitching and construction are perfect. The overall quality is exceptional. The site size calculator suggested a Large but we wanted a more fitted, close cut and ordered a Medium because I don't trust my measuring abilities. The Jacket fits like a custom to fit order. The shoulder seams, sleeve length, and length are all exactly where they should be. The Jacket is perfect for cool weather when worn over a button down, perfect for our southern climate. I don't know how The Jacket Maker can make and deliver such a high quality product in such a short time, exceptional service. The Jacket Maker is a secret that needs to be shared.

We had a custom jacket made to measure for our daughter's 21st birthday who has trouble finding clothes to fit - (very tall and slender with broad shoulders). Another company said they "couldn't" make it. But The Jacket Maker did an amazing job. Communication was great, they created mockups of the design before making it and sent photos of the completed jacket before sending it. The jacket arrived yesterday and it was PERFECT! Really high quality, and fit perfectly. My daughters smile said it all. Really happy.
