Beginning with the product itself - my jacket is high quality and beautiful; an absolute pleasure to wear. It also looks unique compared to other leather jackets that I see in public. It was a longer process to receive the jacket because mine was customized to fit my measurements. But because I prioritize quality over speed, it simply required some extra patience. And, suffice it to say, it was worth the wait!

I've never owned a leather jacket, but have been looking a long time for the right one - at a price I could afford. I found it here. The fit is perfect (using their fitting tool); and the craftsmanship is simply lovely, both outer leather shell and the lining, which has perfectly placed interior pockets for my cell phone and wallet. And, it got to me fast; just 4 days from shipment in eastern Asia - they also kept me well informed of my order progress; about 2 weeks from order, which is quite amazing in and of itself. If I have any issue it's that it's a little heavier weight and warmer than I might have thought. But it's a beauty, and I sense it will break in nicely. And at these moderate prices I feel I might even be able to afford a light spring/warmer weather leather if I can identify one - and this is the first place I'll look. They met my expectations; I'm very happy with my purchase.

We order a custom size jacket. It took a while but the jacket is very well made.

I searched for years for a white jacket in a style that I preferred with no success. I took a chance with The Jacket Maker and am very pleased with the result. The style was exactly what I asked for, and the price was reasonable. Shawn was very helpful and kept me up to date. Recommend !!

I received my leather jacket and it looks and feels great. I had them use custom measurements and it fits perfect . I will be ordering another jacket soon.
