I buy most of my clothes custom made because I'm 6'2", 200lbs with wide shoulders and athletic build and have a difficult time getting things off the rack. The JacketMaker makes this much easier for me and so I expect to order more jackets which are reasonable priced and good guality. Customer service is always good and helpful. My custom jackets are shipped to me within 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping is excellent. Packaging great. And it's always a joy to open the package and put on a perfect fitting jacket for the first time. Fit is always king. And so it is with the fit and look of my custom jackets. I am a satisfied customer. And would recommend them to anybody buying a quality leather jacket

The jacket received was as expected. Real leather and very good quality. The size is good following the guidance provided. Quick delivery and good parcel tracking system. Not found any issue.

For those who are considering ordering a custom-designed jacket from the Jacket Maker, proceed with caution. My order (order 52375) took 9 months to complete and was riddled with frustrations. ORDERING PROCESS: The ordering process was simple. I provided the Jacket Maker with a detailed PDF document of my design. Being a garment-maker myself, the document specified all the required measurements, construction details and materials. The Jacket Maker responded by saying that order would be no problem to make and would take 8-12 weeks. PRODUCTION PROCESS: Despite this, the production team made numerous errors throughout the production process (incorrect dimensions, missing details and materials, poor quality button holes). All of these things were eventually corrected but could have been avoided if the production team payed closer attention to the document that I provided at the beginning of the process. COMMUNICATION: The communication was very slow. I had to follow up my emails repeatedly to get a response (to put that into context - the email thread was 81 emails long!). (A side note - I posted this feedback twice on The Jacket Maker Facebook page and the administrators deleted it both times without a reason or response. It was very disappointing to see the Jacket Maker preventing people from sharing critical yet honest feedback). PRODUCT QUALITY: After all of that ordeal, I was actually quite happy with the jacket, though the leather quality isn't amazing. Before ordering the jacket, I ordered a few swatches of the leathers that the Jacket Makers offers, and settled on a brown pull-up leather. When the jacket arrived, the leather was quite dehydrated in many places, with hairline cracks in the waistband and deep-set creasing in the body and arms (a hallmark of lower quality pull-up leather). OVERALL RATING Jacket construction: 7.5/10 Materials: 6/10 Value for money: 8/10 Customer experience: 1/10

I'm a very satisfied customer. I ordered two leather jackets. The first came well with a great fit the first time. The second jacket originally came too big but Shawn and the Jacket Maker team took care of that and remade the jacket. When I received this re-made jacket, its fit was great. Very good quality jackets and superb customer service. Highly recommended!

I bought two jackets from TJM - Blain and Stallon, both in suede leather. Both times communication was excellent, on-time shipping, high quality soft, and thick full grain suede. TJM didn't disappoint. I'm already thinking of my 3rd jacket.
