Hi Jessica; We're sorry to hear that one of your Cichlids was/has perished. We'd like to know the circumstances a bit better to address it. If the Cichlid was DOA, you would have been covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee. We instruct our customers on the Guide that we enclose with all orders that you take a photo of the perished fish and email it to us at [email protected] within 2 hours of delivery. It's difficult to tell from your review if the fish was DOA or it perished sometime after acclimation in your tank. Even if that were the case, we really encourage our customers to notify us at the first sign of ill health so we can hopefully turn the situation around. Did you contact us at all perhaps under a different name or email address? We have reviewed our archives and can't identify any notification from you about the perished Cichlid. We certainly appreciate your business and if your inclined to do so, we'd like to hear more details about perished fish via email at [email protected]. We're sorry you lost one and can try to assess the situation with a few more details.

I’ve ordered multiple times from the IFish store .I’ve ordered all seasons of the year and never had one problem, my fish were delivered on time they were packaged exceptionally well. The fish at the IFish store always come healthy and happy after acclimating them there are no issues ever ,they eat right away. I’ve never had a fish die. In fact I still have them all. Everybody at the fish store that I have talked to is kind and courteous, and very intuitive of all the fish there, if you have any questions they, have answers I recommend the fish store to anybody looking for a beautiful fish at a good price. Our order was shipped fast. Packed well. Acclimation instructions were clear and easy to follow. All fish were alive and healthy upon arrival. Best prices on African Chiclids that I’ve found anywhere. Will definitely shop for fish here again.

I think mrs.
