Awesome company
I ordered my fish on a sat and they shipped on Mon so I was a little apprehensive about how fast they shipped their website says they quarantine for 48 hrs before shipping so sent a message and asked how they shipped my fish so fast ,they gave me a very informative response and eased my mind that my order was completed correctly. I received my fish all healthy and safe and they are still doing great today. This a an awesome company to do business with and will recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase new fish. Thank y'all for all the helpful information

Hello Eli; We're sorry to hear that you were not pleased with all aspects of your order from us. With respect to the time it took to receive your order, you had placed the order on May 31st and it was delivered to you on June 5th. The total time from order placement to delivery was less than 3 business days which is well within the 7 -10 business day timeframe that we quote on our site. Granted, there was a one day delay by FedEx since your order was due to be delivered on June 4th. However, we were quick to notify you by email of the anticipated delay and reassured you that we pack our fish with enough air to last a couple of days and have a Live Arrival Guarantee. We requested that you please let us know if there was any issue with their condition once delivered. Even if they look stressed, we asked that you continue to follow through with the acclimation process. If your fish did not recover or were "sick" as you suggested in your review, we would have liked for you to notify us immediately so we would have the opportunity to address the problem and correct it. We are genuinely sorry you did not have a better experience with us. We did the best we could in this situation and only wish you had contacted us.

My experience with iFISH store was beyond exceptional. I highly recommended purchasing fish here. Communication and quality of fish is amazing!!!! I will not shop anywhere else!!!!

I was finally able to buy all the beautiful cichlids I could never afford !
The title is so true. I’ve always had cichlids but I could never get all the ones I wanted do to the price. And if I did get one I wanted it was one at a time. So I usually settled for what I could get to fill my tank. I recently got a new tank I lost my old one to a storm. So when I bought this tank I got it ready went to the pet store and saw the prices and didn’t want to get one fish at a time again or settle for less. So I did my research and found this place!! And I could not believe it. I ordered 14!!! fish for the price of two or three at the local fish store. I was able to get them all the same size to ensure they grow good together. And I got exactly what I wanted no more settling! I got them in less time then they said and they were all more beautiful then the ones I could’ve chosen at the pet store. If you are reading this then ur looking for fish that u can’t afford and tired of paying high prices!!! This is your answer! As it was mine!! I couldn’t believe it when I saw it either but I’m so happy I tried it. I’ll never go to the pet store for fish again!!!
