Great service. Great inventory. Good customer service. They called me to verify my address. I have never lost a fish from your shipments. The shipment usually gets there in three or four days. Highly recommended. Follow there unpacking instructions very carefully. I will continue to use them.

My fish arrived healthy and alive. They were beautifully packed and delivered exactly when expected. The instructions for transitioning from shipping to tank are excellent, I follow the same guidelines for any new fish I add to my environment now even if bought locally. So happy with the service, delivery, and quality of the fish received.

I emailed several times and Valerie always got back with me quickly and answered all of my questions. We ordered twenty discus and we were happy with the selection that was sent. Two of them died but Valerie gave us a credit. She’s very friendly and professional.
