First thing was my payment was borked on the clients end. Second, I get an email stating that my order is ready. 4 days later no fish. Then I call them direct. Thats when they tell me my payment never went through. But yet I got an email saying my fish are ready for shipment. So I was upset. Fish I bought were on sale. Well I missed out on sale price and was then charged full price. Won't recommend them to anyone.

Hello Frantz; You had ordered the 2" Discus which are considered juveniles and with proper care will grow to their full size of 5-6 inches. Just for our clarification, do you believe that the 2" size was too small to be sold or that the fish you received were less than 2"? Excellent service outstanding product I ordered over 20 cichlids of all different types plus 2 Panda Cories, 4 clown loaches and 2 bumblebee catfish. My fish came in excellent condition. I live in Northern California the Ifish store is in New York they shipped my order next day shipment right on time as promised only one D.O.A. which to me is outstanding with the number of fish I ordered including different types when I informed Frank he instantly gave me store credit without asking for a picture outstanding service keep up the great work I would recommend the IFISHSTORE to anyone who wants to purchase Aquarium fish online fresh or saltwater I've purchased fish from a lot of different online fish stores and to me the IFISHSTORE is by far the best their fish are very healthy very colorful I was really surprised at how quickly all the fish acclimated to the aquariums that they were put in and very healthy. IMO this is the best shop you will find. They were pleasant, reasonable, over the top to deal with. I had a problem and probably emailed them at least a dozen times. Each time there was a prompt, friendly answer. I received the replies at all hours. Their prices are the best I've found and great shipping. Hope you get a chance to try them out!
