I placed 2 separate orders of buy-five-get-one-free, 2" discus. They arrived superbly packed: in a Styrofoam-lined box, and each discus individually tripple-bagged, in blue antiseptic treated water. The fish were gorgeous! I've been keeping "classic" discus for over 20 years, but these new varieties (pigeon blood, snake skin, melon, super blues and reds, yellow, etc.) just just blew me away with their exotic patterns and vibrant colors. I must make a special comment about The iFish Store's outstanding customer service. Two, of the 12 discus that I ordered didn't make the trip and arrived dead. I took photographs to document it, and immediately notified The i-Fish Store. I was promptly of offered, either credit for a future purchase, or a refund. Also, because I had placed two separate orders (and paid two separate shipping charges), but received all my fish in a single package, I was refunded one of the shipping charges. I am very pleased with the quality and beauty of my discus, and I am very impressed with The iFish Store's high ethical business practices. Not only will I buy from them again, but I would wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends and family.

All fish arrived fast and on time. I’ve had my 50 neon tetras for over two weeks now without one lose. I’m not sure if it was an accident or on purpose but I had a couple over 50. I like to believe Incase one or two died. UPS was my only complaint. The guy walked up to my door spinning my box around that had a clear label that said live animals.

Their color was decent but had some peppering and their body shape was oval with a pinched face. Not smooth faced and circular bodied like a properly cared for discus. They’ll survive but won’t grow much which is why I have it 2 stars instread of 1.

the koi i received was the size advertised and healthy, very nice color. this is my go to store for koi. thank frank

The fish store has now sent me 2 orders of discus fish and they sent what they said they would send and the fish are good. The only thing I would say is they might want to advertise more that when you order fish there is a three day incubation period. After the first time you know this lol but the first time you don’t. Don't panic they are coming. Great job overall.
