I ordered 10 discus. They shipped them overnight all they from NY to the Oregon coast. They all arrived alive and in great condition except one. He didn't make it through the night. As for the packaging, the heat pack was still putting out heat and packaging was as good as it gets. The IFish store did everything they could to make the transaction a success. Some fish just don't make it no matter where you get them from. 9/10 aint bad. Overall very happy, especially considering the distance they traveled. Suggestion, maybe some food they are use to eating in the box or info of exactly what type and brand of food they are use to eating would help them adapt? Other than that, pretty close to perfect transaction. Wasn't perfect but 5 stars means excellent, that I will give them!

I’ll have to say this being my first time ordering fish online I didn’t know quite what to expect, I ordered 20 fish and was gifted 4 extra at no additional cost to me, ordered them on a Friday and had all 24 by Wednesday morning all alive and well it’s been 2 weeks now and I’m pretty happy with everything thing, great prices great selection. I highly recommend and can’t wait to order again

The fish were great. Healthy and doing well. Larger than ordered. Email communications could have been better. No headsup that the fish shipped. But, the quality of the fish make up for it. I would order these again. Shipped fast and were great fish.
