This is one of the best experiences I've ever had when making a purchase online especially live animals. We had some issues but I fish was not at fault and went above and beyond to fix the issue I highly recommend that anyone considering purchasing fish online that you go through them first. I have never encountered more loving inconsiderate people I truly appreciate the assistance I received. My fish arrived healthy and beautiful they were eating within the hour of being introduced into their tank great job guys and gals keep up the amazing work I will definitely be coming back!

I received my order one week a go and…
I received my order one week a go and they are all doing fine. I bought the 10 pack of discus I’m pretty happy with their choice. The only thing that could have made my experience better, would be a packing slip telling me which strains of discus they sent me. I will definitely purchase fish from the iFISH Store.

killed all my fish in 5 days
They arrived alive but introduced a load ichthyophthirius into my aquarium that has killed all my fish, including what they sold me, within 5 days. I emailed them regarding this and have not received a reply. I will never order from them again.

Hello William; We're very sorry this was your experience with us. You ordered quite a variety of fish and would like more information on which species you first noticed signs of ich. We have our fish in our aquariums, which are treated, for several days not including the quarantine time prior to shipping. We also closely inspect them prior to shipping. That being said, ich can be tricky and not make an appearance until fish are stressed which certainly can happen during shipment or acclimation. We do respond to all emails we receive and have experienced some problems with our emails ending up in SPAM folders depending on which of our email platforms we use. Most important of all, we don't want customers to walk away with an overall bad experience like this and address it. If you are open to it, we'd like to discuss further the situation as it occurred. If you are willing to do so, can you tell us more about the appearance and behavior of the fish, tank parameters and tank mates (since you ordered a few varieties that should not be housed together) by responding to us at [email protected]? We'd be happy to look into this further with you. Thank you for your feedback and we would like to work toward having you as a return customer.

I am thrilled ..
I am thrilled with my fish I worried a little bit in the beginning because I just didn't see them eat but now they're coming to the front and eating so well and they're so pretty and didn't lose any, all are great and can't wait till the first of the month to order some more .. thanks so much.
