My fish came looking and acting…
My fish came looking and acting healthy. They adjusted to my aquarium with no issues. I would definitely order fish again.

I ordered 6 singapore shrimp
I ordered 6 Singapore shrimp, and only 3 lived. They request a picture of the dead while in the bag it came in, but they died 2 days later. The iFISH Store has kindly offered to make things right. First time buyer for this store. Thanks!

Hello Penny: Thank you for your feedback. Although we have a Live Arrival Guarantee and ask for photos of the perished fish we like to work with our customers on these issues. We'd like to offer you a credit on a future order or a refund for the 3 Bamboo Shrimp that perished within 2 days. We'll be sending you an email and you need only respond to that to let us know which you'd prefer. Thanks again for your feedback. Great service and stock
The half dozen discus arrived alive and are good looking stock. They began foraging amongst the live plants late on their arrival date, and by the 3rd day were all eating well. I would not hesitate to recommend iFish to anyone interested in having live fish stock delivered to them. Shipping was inexpensive and packaging was top shelf.

fish died within a week.. Irate!! An update: I spoke with iFISH and was kind of taken back on how they wanted to make things right. They are truly professional and I appreciate what they did to make me want to come back. Ty again and I will definitely be a return customer.

We, of course, would like the opportunity to look into this further and understand why it happened. We'd like to further communicate with you on things such as the appearance and behavior of the fish, acclimation process, tank conditions, tankmates, diet and more so we can identify the root cause. Then we can determine where to go from there. We will be sending you an email outlining the same and asking for you to open communication with us so we can look further into this situation.
