I loved my experience with the ifish…
I loved my experience with the ifish store! Frank answered all my questions on email before I made my purchase. One I decided to make the purchase, everything was amazing! The prices are very reasonable, the packaging was outstanding! My fish had to be shipped from New York, all the way to Oregon and arrived in perfect condition! Thick cardboard box, insulating foam with heat packs, plus he double bagged each individual fish. He also sent acclimating instructions so the fish would remain healthy. My discus are gorgeous!! Really, really gorgeous!! They are thriving in my tank. Ifish provides A+ service from start to finish.

7 baby discus and 3 clown loaches
We ordered 7 baby discus and 3 “medium” clown loaches. Discus were beautiful and healthy. The loaches were very small for their price and size description (under 2” supposed to be ~3”) but heathy. Great shipping and prices.

The fish look amazing great…
The fish look amazing great quality...would have given five stars but they forgot one fish...they refunded it and made it right right away...so no complaints...awesome fish!!!!!!

Amazing service
Amazing service. Extremely quick response time as well as beautiful fish. 1 of the 7 fish I ordered was wrong but I cant complain the fish were healthy no sickness or anything.

need to fix website
Should have stopped order on website if you can’t ship to Hawaii instead of canceling and refunding my purchase amount.

Hello; Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration over this issue. Unfortunately, there is no way within the Shopping Platform that we use to restrict potential customers from Hawaii to place an order. After checking with our ecommerce platform provider, they confirmed that this is not possible within the program and recommended that we make the statement that we "Do Not Ship Outside The Continental US" on our site. We have this statement on our homepage and in other locations on our site. We do hope that anyone from Hawaii visiting the site sees this. In the meantime, we continue to look into other potential options as they become available. Nevertheless, the reason we do not ship to Hawaii is the additional paperwork (permit) required on the customer’s part in order for us to ship live fish outside the Continental US. We did try to accommodate you but in the end we had to cancel because you did not have the proper import permit. We apologize for the inconvenience.

One of my clownfish died day 3
One of my clownfish died day 3. Was clearly a runt and probably shouldn’t have been included. The rest are doing well and look great!

All arrive alive
All arrive alive, but two blue Gormeis were pale to almost white and by the second day they had died. the rest seem to be healthy
