Hello Kim; Thank you for your feedback. You ordered our juvenile Discus which are typically 1.5 - 2 inches and are listed as ~2 inches. We don’t list a 2.5 inch option. As juveniles, Discus will not show their vibrant and distinctive colors until they reach adulthood. Looking at the type of Discus you ordered, it’s very easy to see juveniles from these varieties that may look alike because of their more muted colors at this stage of their life. We’re quite sure we sent you the quantity of each type of Discus you ordered. If you would like, we can help verify that if you would send us a photo of the Discus. If you are inclined to do so, please email the photos to [email protected] and we will be happy to work with you on this.

Fish arrived all alive and exactly when they were predicted to arrive. They are very colorful and lively! They were hungry and ate within 3-4 hours. Very good experience! Thank you!

Such beauties!
My package came a few hours early, so I got started right away with adapting the six discus to their new home. Such beauties! They disappointed me by hiding from me. After a few hours, however, one came out to explore. (That one has remained the leader up to now, six days later.) Soon enough, two joined this adventurer, but didn't seem to be eating. After three days, there were five showing, all very cautious except the leader, and all eating. Then number six showed up, also hungry. Now, only six days in, all six eat and flurry together every time I walk into the room. Though they are only two-inch specimens, they are GORGEOUS, and I am very pleased.
