Ordered 6 discus 2" and a clown pleco. They arrived in great shape and I could not be more pleased!!!! I recommend iFISH Store certainly for discus. I will definitely buy from them again once I can afford a bigger tank!

First time ordering fish online for me, so I was pretty nervous going into this. The customer service and support was top notch! Had an issue with my order and they worked extremely hard to fix it for me. The fish came in looking very healthy and acclimated very quickly to their new home.

All the cichlids I ordered came individually packaged with no casualties. There was also no feces in any of the bags, so they were definitely not fed before packing (which is what you're supposed to do). All-in-all, I'm impressed and will be ordering more fish when they peak my interest.

Shipment was packaged with care. All fish in individual triple bags, with special water. Care instructions provided for a successful transition to my aquarium environment. Very helpful.

All fishes came as ordered and healthy. It took a week to receive my fishes due to the COVID 19. There were some fishes not available even though they were listed on sale prices. Great price!

Hello TJ; We’re sorry this was your experience with us. We have a Live Arrival Guarantee that we standby when customers notify us upon arrival of their order. In your case, it appears that UPS did not deliver your order the next day after shipment. Unfortunately, in this time of COVID-19, UPS has withdrawn their guarantee that packages will be delivered the next day. This has caused occasional 1-2 day late arrival dates for our shipments. In any case, when this happens we like provide a full replacement on the order including shipping when all the fish in the order perish due to extended time in transit. We take special care to pack our fish so they can survive an extended transit time but sometimes, due to environmental conditions or handling, they perish. Typically we request a photo of the perished fish but we want to be flexible here and would like to send you a full replacement. We will be sending you an email outlining what we have stated here and you need only reply to that email to move forward on this. We certainly hope this helps rectify the situation and you’ll consider ordering from The iFISH Store again.
