the fish arrived all alive !!!
the fish arrived all alive !!!! The 2 pleco died in 2 days .I still have one With all the fish i ordered not bad but sad . I really liked the unpacking instruction a few things I did not know. I have ordered from 2 other companies. One I will never order from again. The other one maybe. You are the best. I will order from you again. Thank you I love my discus THANK YOU

Fish arrived alive but quality is not great
All of the fish arrived alive, so I was pleased with that but the quality of the discus are not great. The colors, shape and size of the 2 melons are good and as expected but the other 4 (2 marlboro red and 2 pigeon blood) have a lot of peppering, which are not good quality. In addition, one of the pigeon blood was half the size of the others (no more than 1") when it should have been 2".

Hello TL; Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to address the peppering you noted on the Discus. We deal with a number of Suppliers and on occasion we believe there is some cross-breeding in their history. We are working to pre-qualify our vendors so that we eventually weed out these situations. We are working toward no evidence of peppering or any other characteristic representative of poor quality Discus. On sizing, we order 2" juveniles and sometimes they range between 1.5-2 inches so we list them as ~2 inches. You raised very valid points and we appreciate your feedback. We use this feedback to continually improve the quality of our fish and our operations.

Good quality healthy fish
Good quality healthy fish. Purchased 10 exodon tetras and 5 bumblebee catfish all arrived healthy and safe despite UPS delay.

Way better than expected
This is the first time I ever purchased fish online. I have always been hesitant on doing so because I was worried about how they would ship. I purchased 20 fish and they arrived in one box all individually bagged packaged perfectly. The fish arrived larger than expected and all were in great condition with vibrant colors. It's been a week and they are all doing well in the tank. I will definitely be purchasing more fish from the IFISH Store again.
