My fear of buying fish VIA shipping is over.

My first experience has been amazing! Delivery was fast, the packing was top notch, I received an email the night before letting me know an approximate time of delivery which was hit within 5 minutes. Again, extremely nice packaging and the fish were amazing. I reached out to customer service just to thank them and they responded within a short bit. I would give this experience 10 stars if I could. You have definitely earned a customer for life. For any one reading this, I have no affiliation with this company, I am just a happy first time customer From Ohio! Thank you all again, my cichlids are all doing great and those colors are tarting to pop.

I am very unhappy. The transportation process has been awful. One fish came dead, while the other died within 24 hours. Very irregular in the packaging process, I feel very sorry for the poor fish

I dripp Acclimated my new fish put him in then I had one fish a day die three days in a row then my new fish died my other fish I had for months with no problems ever the new fish had to have had something I’ll never order a fish again I guess that’s why all the respected fish people near me told me to never order a fish from these super stores

I order 4 Fish from IFISH Store EXPECTING Good service from them..BUT when I received my order one fish was DEAD...I Follow all the Procedures to Claim the WARRANTY, But I NEVER'NEVER Hear from THEM..And According to THEM IN PAPER THE WARRANTY IS 100%.....Don't look good for the Business at ALL ....IF THEY CARE......

Fish were healthy and transition in to the tank well. Will order from you again.
