Always satisfied with your fish and your timely manner of shipping Last shipment was packed with very less amount of water and much smaller box as a result 4 fish did not survive transition of water temperature due to lack of existing water in which fish breathing was comparmized but I do still plan on buying from you again

3 of the fish were dead but it was UPS fault

All fish are very healthy except the one that died in shipping. Overall would buy from them again in the future.

I was pleased with the exception of a few things. The order took longer than expected ( 2 days short of two weeks). I know the guarantee is for fish that arrive dead or die within a few hours. I had seven (7) die in the first two days so I didn’t bother trying to have them replaced. Fish were smaller than expected, most were just babies. Other than that I am satisfied, I’ll use again and recommend to others.

Great communication fish looked great and very reasonably priced

We have ordered beautiful Discus babies from iFISH. They have all arrived safely and healthy. We have not lost any of them since we received them. iFish makes it easy to order online and they do have great sales and offers. My only issue was that it took so long to have the orders shipped out. It took over a week just to ship. However, we do understand that Covid has slowed down the process a bit and we are extremely happy with our Discus fish. I would recommend iFish to anyone!
