One Cory already dead on second day, discus infected with parasite (white string coming out of them) doing wormer plus treatment. If you guys support customer service, I would love to get 6 discus as backup for free because current lot of discus, look like might not make it.

The fish I purchased and received were healthy and beautiful but the only draw back was the way they were sent to me, each fish was bagged with so little water that they were laying on their sides to keep submerged. I would only purchase off this sight again if they could guaranty to fix this problem. All are alive and happy. I would add pics of received fish in their bags but it wont let me. There were not leaks in the bags. I was just surprised they weren't shipped with more water for the fish to be able to move around in and scared me a little that they were all on their sides. They are beautiful and healthy and happy in there forever home. Thank you for your responce

Hello Clayton; We're happy to hear your fish are healthy and you are pleased with their appearance. On the packing issue, we are consistent with our procedure and fill each inner bag with ~25% aquarium water and the remainder with air. This bag is then double bagged. In your case, we are wondering if you noticed any leakage into the outer bags. We like to keep track of these incidents so we can continually improve our packing process. If you are willing, it would be helpful if you can provide input on what you observed to us at [email protected]. As for your request on potential future orders, we can assure you that a very high percentage of our orders are shipped and received without experiencing this problem. At the same time we like to be made aware when a problem is spotted so we can continue to develop new packing methodology. I waited roughly a week before I placed my review. I ordered the 10 assorted discus. They arrived a day later then I expected but they all came in alive and healthy. They are all eating twice a day and becoming slightly less shy. I ended up losing one due to making the the oh-so-common mistake of ordering fish from a different company and adding them in without quarantining properly. Ordering from iFish Store was the first time that I have ever ordered fish online. I will definitely recommend them to anyone as well as order from them again. The discus from iFish are much healthier (and cheaper than any place I've seen in store).
