Great experience buying fish through IFISH.
Good price on fish. Excellent tracking. Fish arrived healthy in a insulated packaged and fish were double plastic bag, half water and half oxygen. Fish were very lively. The fish have been in my tank for a month now with no issues and no losses. Very happy. This is my third purchase from IFISH.

Great Experience
This is the first time I ordered fish online and the experience was great. I ordered 6 Chilids. The customer service was good, fish arrived safe, and they were not stressed. It's been 3 weeks and the fish are heathly and doing well. I would definitely order again from iFish if needed. I plan to have my 6 new babies for a while.

You did not quarantine the fish as…
You did not quarantine the fish as promised. Shipping was done the day after I ordered instead of 7 days. The gouramis were sick, all died. One of the Kenyis as well.

We operate with a constant inventory rotating through our quarantine systems, which allows us to ensure fish are properly conditioned while also being able to ship orders more quickly when they’re ready. Because of that, orders may ship sooner than expected without skipping that step. We’re also sorry to hear about the losses. We truly wish we had been contacted at the very first sign of any health concerns. We’re always happy to help troubleshoot—whether it’s water parameters, acclimation, or other factors—and in many cases we can help turn situations like this around when we’re able to step in early. If you’re open to it, we’d still be glad to connect and learn more about what happened.
