Hello Karl; It's highly unusual to have so many of your Discus perish since January 20th when you received them. We would have preferred that you contact us when you first saw signs of questionable health or behavior so we could work with you on the problem. We would have reviewed tank conditions, feeding, tankmates, etc. and hopefully come to a conclusion that would have rectified the situation. As it is, we didn't receive any communication from you, so are left wishing we could have had the opportunity in a more timely manner. If you have any any information on the Discus that you can share with us at this time that would allow us to assess this further, we would be happy to work with you. Hello Ashley; We're sorry to hear that two of your Tetras perished during shipment. We honor our Live Arrival Guarantee but request that customers contact us within 2 hours of receiving the shipment with photos of the perished fish. Nevertheless, we will be issuing you a refund for the 2 perished tetras today. Our packing procedures with warm packs has been the same for years and is considered industry standard. The warm packs are included outside of triple bagged fish and are used to help maintain an acceptable ambient temperature since our fish were shipped from NY where at this time of year is colder than at your destination. We have experienced little problem with this methodology in the past. We would have liked the opportunity to further explore why all the remaining tetras perished within a week. We would have requested photos of their condition, tank parameters and feeding. Unfortunately, that window of opportunity has closed in your situation. We do like to work closely with our customers when they sense their fish are not doing well but we can only do that when we are alerted to the situation by the customer. We're sorry this was your experience with us and genuinely hope you will give us another try.

Hello Eric; Thank you for your honest feedback. And we sincerely apologize for not getting to your reply on the replacement fish as we were preparing orders for packing and shipment. We issued you a refund for that but should have been more on top of checking for your response. Obviously a coordination problem on our end which we will correct. We are sorry to hear that one of your cichlids has gone MIA and would like to provide you with a refund for that one. We will issue that today. We are glad that the two remaining cichlids are doing well and hope that you will give us a try again in the future.
