Amazing selection
Amazing selection. Fish arrived healthy and I had no problems. I ordered 15 cichlids, all were nice size, beautiful vibrant colors, rare in color. I've had them for a month, not one died. I'm very happy and will definitely purchase from this company again. I have been keeping fish for 35 years and I can highly recommend this company.

My fish came in dead
My fish came in dead, I didnt get my refund because the policy of if your fish are dead take a picture is on a different page of the website. And I think my koi were sick. They had a black bulging eye, one had both. 120.00 down the drain, disappointed child. But got other fish.
Response from The iFISH StoreDec 9, 2021
Hello Cloie; We’re sorry you feel the way you do; we always try to work with our customers and will take each individual case into consideration. When you first contacted us that they had arrived perished you made no mention of bulging eyes or that they appeared sick. You simply said that they were dead. That being said, we tried to determine why they had perished in transit. We looked to see if FedEx delayed the package which would cause added stress on the fish being in transit for an extended amount of time, but your delivery was on time. Our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy was detailed on the 1-page Acclimation Guide which was included in your package. These get inserted in every shipment we send out so our customers know what to do should there be an issue with the condition of their fish once delivered. It states for us to be notified within 2 hours and to provide a picture of the perished fish. Your delivery was made at 11:25AM and you notified us 8:09PM; 8 ½ hours after the delivery and you were unable to provide pictures. We hoped you'd understand, as a business, how we came to the decision that we were unable to provide a refund because we did not have enough proof or reason that would have caused them all to perish. Again, we are sorry this was your experience with us but we stand by our decision.
