The reason why I gave it 3 stars is because of packaging. I've ordered twice from them and each time the bags all leaked. The first order I was missing one and had two bags almost completely out of water. Monitor the two fish and they ended up dying. They did refund me for the dead fish and missing one. I will say customer service is great. The second order same issue. I had two fish with barely no water in the bag and they both ended up dying the same day. I didn't bother reaching out to them because it was out of that two hour time frame. Then a few more ended up dying within the week. I checked water conditions in my quarantine tank and everything was fine.

I ordered three African cichlids and their colors are exactly as promised and they survived and are doing well in our tank. I will be using this store again.

The fish arrived in excellent condition.

Ordered 32 African Cichlids. They all arrived healthy and in excellent condition. Beautiful colors. Packaging was also excellent to make sure the fish were safe and would arrive healthy and in great condition! Definitely will order again and I highly recommend.

I have ordered 3 time from ifish and the first two orders were fast and fish were/ are healthy. This last order took longer and the 4” OB I ordered arrived looking healthy but within hours deteriorated and died. The other fish acclimated just fine and is doing well. I take this as nature of the beast and do not blame ifish for the loss. Overall I say ifish is a good place to order from.

I had a great experience shopping online at The iFISH Store. It was actually my very first time buying live animals online. They responded to my email and phone message when I made a mistake on my order and refunded me the difference right away. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Very pleased with my order. Will be using the i fish store again They have come to be my go-to fish store. Well packaged. The African cichlids I rercieved were healthy, hungry, and up at the top of my 75 eagerly awaiting breakfast the next morning. Thanks, Jeffrey
