Fish arrived quickly and all in perfect health. After several weeks, each fish is still healthy, growing and puttering around the tank busily. Quality fish, excellent shipping and great prices. Thank you so very much!

Beautiful fish! And fast shipping

I ordered a fish order of $350 a very nice order, only to be told after 5 days that my order would ship the following week because someone decided that they wanted to wait the 2 weeks till the order was completed… all they had to do was advise me that some of my order was on B/O the extra time to ship didn’t work because I was going to be out of town. When a customer buys online they expect the order in a reasonable time, the seller has no idea what other things are going on in the customers life! So I canceled the whole order. Instead I ordered from live aquaria the same day & received order the following day by UPS NEXT DAY AT 10am! The customer service at IFish is terrible!

Hello Drew; We are very sorry for delaying your order and not informing you in a timely manner. We wanted to wait on an incoming shipment of Cichlids to provide you with a better selection of an OB Peacock. But you are right and we should have communicated with you about the delay to see if that timing would work for you. We are a family owned business and if you check our other reviews, we do work very hard at our customer service. We're disappointed you did not have a good experience with us and can only hope you will give us another try in the future.

We are very pleased with the ifish store. We had a problem with our shipment and they fixed the situation immediately. This was our second order from them and we will buy from them again.

Nice healthy fish, delay on delivery handled well. All was great, thanks

We ordered the blue lobster and it was dead. Did not take a pic and send it in because you only give 2 hours to get in. We followed every single step and hoped it was just in shock and would be alive. But it wasn't. We paid $60 to just flush it down the toilet.

Hello Natasha; We are sorry that your Blue Lobster perished. Had you notified us immediately when you observed that the Blue Lobster appeared frail upon receipt we would have been happy to work with you. We're sorry you didn't have a better experience with us but we really count on our customers to notify us as soon as possible, even if it is outside the 2-hour timeframe so we can realistically respond to the situation.

Fish came today all alive! I will add to this review after a couple weeks to make sure they’re still alive.
