Overall, great experience. My red crayfish arrived alive and well despite extreme heat. The packaging was excellent. I'm pleased to report the crayfish is enjoying her new home. (She is in a 90 gallon community tank with other fish.) The compatibility chart was very useful for ensuring the tankmates compatibility. Great job and I will be returning.

Ordered fish for the first time online with gas prices going up we decided why spend gas driving from store to store, so we decided to try this ifish store , we are in Texas and wanted to see what other fish we could find. We ordered 6 African cichlids and 4 community fish, they all arrived safe and are happy in our tanks. We joke and say they have an accent since they are from New York. Will definitely order again when we get bigger tanks.
