I was concerned about purchasing live fish online. The fish arrived alive and all of them looked great. After following their instructions the fish entered into their new home with no issues. I will be using this company again. Thanks

This was the first time buying fish online and I will admit, should have done it sooner. Process was easy, the fish looked great and packaged nicely. Not to mention, it did save me a good amount of cash versus the fish store.

Half of the fish died
Response from The iFISH StoreDec 2, 2022
Hello Valentino; We are very sorry to hear that half of your cichlids perished. We wish you would have contacted us after an initial communication with you for an update. After FedEx had delayed your package an extra day: (1) We assured you that we always pack them with enough pure oxygen to last a couple of days and guarantee live/healthy arrival. (2) We asked for you to please let us know if there were any issues with their condition within 2 hours of delivery. (3) We indicated that if they arrived perished, we would offer either a refund or credit on a future order. If they arrived extremely stressed we would extend the guarantee time another couple days to have more time to recover. When we did not hear back from you, we had to assume that all of the cichlids arrived safely and that they were successfully acclimated in your aquarium. In what time frame did they perish? We would have liked to stay up-to-date so we had the opportunity to address any problems. We're sorry this was your experience with us.

The fish were very healthy and lively when they arrive. However, the obly thing was not getting exactly the fish i wanted due to their shipment not coming in on time. They did however met me know and i was happy with the outcome.

This Company had what I was looking for and gave you direct instructions on how to properly acclimate the fish since they were traveling in a closed box for hours. the fish were safe and healthy. I have had then for about 2mths now and they are doing well with my other KOI.
