My fish arrived safe and sound. I was worried because my shipment got delayed for an additional 24 hours. All six of my fish fine and the heat pillow was still warm. Way to go iFISH!

I wanted a little bit before posting my review. I’m 100% happy and will be a returned customer. Was extremely nervous getting discus shipped bc of how stressed they can be. Got the 10 pack and each shipped in own nice nice bag. Packaged extremely well. One was DOA but that was bc of my post office (they were late on delivery when it was already in my state to deliver - not company’s fault at all). The company was so easy to work with and accommodating. They immediately credit back refund for the doa and a super stressed one that didn’t survive the whole night (but lived past their normal two hour guarantee). The remaining 8 are thriving and really starting to show their colors (their color on arrival was impressive already too). Also I got a good mix of variety… was nervous would be all one kind. I also got some Cory and they arrived perfect and all survived and doing well!

Ordered 7 fish, the came individually bagged. Very healthy fish. Looking forward to ordering more.
