Valerie was very helpful in answering my questions and as promised the fish arrived alive! All fish were packaged so that they won't move around in the box and were kept warm with a few heating packs. I ordered the assorted 10 discus pack and they were all beautiful. I did lose one after a couple of weeks but the remaining 9 are all healthy and growing.

Hello Aliyah, We’re very sorry that your white crayfish perished and are thankful that you notified us so that we could extend a credit to you. We hope the other crayfish you ordered are doing well and that we have the opportunity to meet your aquarium needs in the future.

This was my second time ordering over a dozen African Cichlids from the ifish store. Both times my fish arrived healthy as could be. As long as you follow their acclimation instructions, your fish will be full color very quickly. I won’t order from anywhere else!
