The owner I believe it's Frank what an awesome person order from this company before this is my 3rd order and always the best quality fish bright color healthy as well very well packaged also. My last order had an unfortunate out come lost a few fish to late delivery not ifish fault it was fedex fault for delaying the delivery but Frank keep his word that any that perished he will credit me back but I'm in the process of reordering love this company

I was initially a bit worried about the shipping process for my blue crayfish, named Toccata, but it is clear that a lot of time and effort is put into the packaging. Not only that, Toccata came with instructions for water acclimation, which really helps beginners like myself! In general, it was a great shopping experience. Toccata is doing excellently and he continues to live a vibrant life.
