Great experience!
Great experience!! The shipping was very fast....we ordered 31 fish, all arrived happy and healthy!!!! It's been about a month all fish are doing well and would highly recommend the iFISH store!!!

Hi Eric; We’re sorry to hear your four African Cichlids perished a week after receiving them. Had you seen any signs of ill health or aggression with other tankmates? We like when our customers check in with us at the first sign of ill health so soon after they have been transferred to their new environment. In some cases we can pinpoint the problem and turn the situation around. We hadn’t heard from you and could only assume that your new tank additions were doing well. Again, we’re sorry they perished and wish we had the chance to look into it further with you.

my experience with Valerie was awesome she was with me every step of the way , on witch fish will go great with witch fish .Also how many fish I can put in my tank being comfortable with out over crowding , and also very concern if all the fish made it to my house safely, iFISH has a brand new custumer from N.C

Once again a great purchase and all the fish were beautiful, bigger, and HEALTHY!!!! They are fitting in with the clean and love their 150 gallon home!!! Thank you for having a great product to offer, above excellent customer service, and beyond wonderful communication and instruction on how to do new introduction to the tank. Hello John; We’re sorry you were disappointed in the size of the African Cichlids you received. You had ordered the juvenile cichlids which we list as ~2 inches. They can range from 1.8 to 2.0+ inches. We’re sure with a healthy diet and proper tank conditions, they will quickly grow into the colorful adult size which is what we display on our site.
