This is my best online fish purchasing experience so far. I have my doubts with their unbelievable prices But when the package arrived the color selection they sent me was pretty impressive Very fast responsive through emails and answered all acclimation support needed. I had best buck to value experience

13 of the fish were deal upon arrival
13 of the fish were deal upon arrival. My husband took photos and tried to contact but the only method of contact required log in codes from me while I was at work and never received. No phone, no way to contact. MAKE IT RIGHT!

Hi Jennifer; We're sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your order and your comments, we're not sure what you mean by needing a login "code" to contact us, as our website doesn't require one. If you have an account, you simply enter the password you created when setting it up. If you don't have an account, you can still visit our website at www.theifishstore.com where our phone number and email address are clearly listed. No login is required. In addition, our phone number and email address are included in the order confirmation emails and on the paperwork that arrives with every shipment, so there are multiple ways to reach us. We'd genuinely like the opportunity to make this right. Please contact us directly at [email protected] or 516-524-6423, and we'll be happy to review the photos and the situation with you. We look forward to hearing from you so we can work toward a resolution.

Great Discus, Great price
This company stands by their fish, they package very well and care about the fish. I had a loss and they offered either a replacement or a refund, I choose a replacement and that one came DOA, they still gave me a refund. Great communication, willing to work with you. I highly reccomend.
