The ordering process was very straight forward and quick. The only concern was that customers don't have a say in the color of fish that will be shipped. The discus fish (I've ordered 10) were individually wrapped one-by-one in each in three plastic bags. The shipment was delivered overnight as promised with all fish alive and looking healthy. However, one of them did not take any food and died in a week. The colors of discuss sent were very pleasing, two for each type and color. In general, great work, I will definitely order again!

All fish got here alive and happy and from the time I got them and even today they are all alive I will buy more fish later on

I've ordered african cichlid fish from IFISH store since the pandemic and will continue to be a returning customer. Every fish were exceptionally beautiful, beyond my expectations, and made the travel all the way to Texas. It's a bummer they do not have a bigger selection of African cichlids, or else ALL my tanks would be from them. Lol

I bought 2 red tail catfish 1 lasted an hours the other died that night. They had mínimal water in the bag upon delivery. Will never by from this company again.

The selection of fish is excellent. The communication for package tracking is very good. The directions for acclimating the fish are perfect and the packaging is very good for the fish. If a fish doesn't survive the journey and you documented it properly, they are very good about either returning money or keeping a credit for ordering a replacement. Top notch supplier of live, healthy fish!

I have ordered a few times from Ifish and every order has been amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure to get you what you want. This last order I ordered 6 electric blue crayfish and requested if they could possibly do 2 males and 4 females. They ship exactly what I requested. They have done the same with fish I ordered. Everything arrives so well packaged and all alive and healthy. This is my go to online fish store. I won’t order from anywhere else.
