Feeding four happy dogs real human-grade food is what we live for! We know card issues and heavy packages can be a pain, so our team is always delighted to help make things easier for you. Thank you for your sweet review, and give all four pups an extra treat from the Happy Howl pack!

We are so thrilled that your pup loves the food, but we completely understand how overwhelming it is to end up with a dog food mountain! Looking at your account, having two active subscriptions early on definitely built up a big safety stock of food. Since your 15-lb pup eats 1/2 carton a day, 36 cartons a month is certainly more than enough! We would love to help you get this timing dialed in perfectly so you never have too much food taking up space. We can easily adjust your plan to one of these two options: Switch to an 18-pack shipping every 4 weeks Keep the 36-pack, but stretch shipments out to every 8 weeks We can also push back your next order date to give your dog plenty of time to eat through what you already have. Let us know which schedule sounds best to you, and we will update your account right away!
